Install Trip Operations Control

Add the platform to your iPhone Home Screen

Tap ShareUse the Share button ↥ in your browser toolbar.

Add to Home ScreenChoose Add to Home Screen from the Share menu.

Tap AddConfirm the name, then tap Add. Open the new Home Screen app to use the standalone experience.

Notifications on iPhone: iOS 16.4 or later is required. After installing the Home Screen app, open Alerts and choose ENABLE NOTIFICATIONS.

Dispatch UpdatesInitial trip dispatch and every subsequent stage dispatch for the Fleet Regions you follow. Arrival UpdatesOfficial arrival recorded by Operations for a trip within the Fleet Regions you follow, including the final arrival that completes the trip. Driver Arrival ReportedDriver used the arrival link for a trip within the Fleet Regions you follow. Arrived Trip 6h+An arrived trip has remained without the next dispatch for six hours or more.

Team Messages

New Team MessageA colleague wrote in a trip conversation of your region. Your own messages never alert you. Region scope follows the conversation, not the Fleet Region list below.

Fleet Region Scope

All Fleet RegionsReceive Dispatch, official Arrival and Driver Arrival alerts for every Fleet Region.

Fleet Region filtering applies to Dispatch Updates, Arrival Updates and Driver Arrival Reported. Other operational alerts keep their existing behavior.

Dispatch/Arrival/Driver Arrival/Team Messages preferences and Fleet Region scope are saved to your TOC user and apply across your subscribed devices. Notification permission and device enablement remain per browser/device.
