Driver Link status will be checked when this section opens.
Create Driver LinkSelect a registered plate. If the plate has a live trip, Driver Link uses the Trip Actual Driver; otherwise it uses the Vehicle Default Driver.

Select one or more regions. Example: select both Central and North for combined access.

Trip Profiles
Reusable Start Trip presets. Controller and Manager can maintain profiles; Regional Access is enforced by the loading Origin Transport Region.
Save only the values that should be prefilled. Choose NOT SET for any optional prefill that should remain a manual choice on Start Trip. A loading Origin is still required because it owns the profile's Transport Region.

Locations & Regional Setup
Transport Regions • Locations • MLS Warehouses • Email Routing
Routing rule: every Location belongs to one Transport Region. MLS Warehouses keep their Warehouse Team Email(s) and may be assigned to a reusable Transport Notification Team. If no warehouse-specific team is assigned, the existing Regional Transport TO / CC remains the safe fallback.
1. Transport Regions
Five fixed regions: East, Central, North, West and South. Regional user access is assigned only in Users & Access; configure the Transport Department recipients here.
| Transport Region | Transport To Email(s) | Transport CC Email(s) | Active | Sort |
|---|
Transport Notification Teams
Create reusable warehouse-specific Transport teams. Warehouses linked to a team use it for notifications; Regional Transport email remains the fallback when no team is assigned.
| Team | Transport Region | To Email(s) | CC Email(s) | Active | Sort |
|---|
2. Locations
Cities / operational locations. Each one is linked to exactly one Transport Region and can be used as an Origin, Destination, or both.
| Location | Arabic Name | Transport Region | Origin | Origin Sort | Destination | Destination Sort | Active |
|---|
3. MLS Warehouses
Company warehouses. Region is inherited automatically from the linked Location; only the Warehouse Team email is stored here.
| Warehouse | Location | Transport Region | Warehouse Team Email(s) | Transport Notification Team | Active | Sort |

Drivers
Independent Driver Master. Add Regular and Spare drivers without assigning a vehicle. Trips store the Actual Driver; Vehicles store only a Default Driver.
Spare drivers are available when starting/editing trips in their Fleet Region. They are not attached to a vehicle unless selected as the Actual Driver for a trip.
| Driver ID | Driver Name | Mobile | Fleet Region | Type | Default Vehicle(s) | Active | Notes |
|---|
Vehicles
Source of truth for vehicle specifications and Default Driver. The Actual Driver is selected from Drivers when a trip starts. Fleet Region values come from Locations & Regional Setup → Transport Regions.
Excel columns: Plate Number, Truck Size, Trailer Type, Fleet Region, Driver ID, Driver Name, Mobile Number, Active, Notes.
Driver columns represent the Default Driver and are synchronized with Drivers. Vehicle specification/Fleet Region changes can synchronize to an open trip; the Trip Actual Driver is preserved. Vehicles omitted from Excel are not deleted.
